Imagine expecting a clean room but finding spots on the sheets and a broken window lock! Also, I woudl ve really appreciated a room upgrade considering the circumstances. It’s just so charming that there isn't an elevator, so you can lug your bags up and down endlessly. Almost thought to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

Also, the coffee machine in the room didn't come with any supplies—no coffee, filters, or extra seating for two at the dining table. Water pressure in the shower turned out to be lower than expected, which was frustrating.

The staff was super accommodating, helping with power sockets and phone chargers. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. Having a kitchenette was a lifesaver for our meals. It's a short walk to Times Square, which was a major plus.

I recently stayed for 6 nights in a Deluxe Queen Room, and it truly felt like home! The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing us to cook some meals, and the room was spotlessly clean every few days. However, I found the beds a little smaller than expected. I'd absolutely choose this place again for the fantastic experience!
